David Winn
Chief Executive Officer
David Winn joined Masterplan as Chief Executive Officer in July 2006. David has over 25 years of experience in the corporate and
private equity sector. He recently completed a role as CEO of Tenovis, a Frankfurt-based telephone equipment and services firm. Prior
to that David held the position of European President for a web-hosting services firm, SiteSmith and has held various executive positions
for IBM Europe, including: General Manager for the Personal Computer division in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Vice President
Marketing for EMEA; and Vice President Business Innovation Services, where he managed systems integration and consulting for European
financial services companies. Prior to IBM, David was Vice President, International Marketing at American Express in New York, before being appointed President
of American Express Bank in France. David holds degrees from Yale and Harvard Business School.
Scott Mahosky
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Mahosky joined the Masterplan executive team in November 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all of the
Financial Management and Headquarter Field Support functions. Scott has 18 years of executive level finance experience formerly
serving in senior finance roles at Dell, Fisher Scientific, and The Stanley Works. He is a business minded finance executive
who focuses on tight operational and financial disciplines, process streamlining, and the development of world class financial teams. Scott
holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Loyola College of Maryland, a Bachelors of Science from the University of Pittsburgh
and is a certified Six Sigma Champion.
Ed Chung
Chief Information Officer
Ed Chung was appointed Chief Information Officer of Masterplan in March 2007. Ed initially joined Masterplan in 2000 and was the
mastermind behind Masterplan’s iDesk architecture, the leading-edge IT system which has differentiated us from all other competitors
in the industry. His expertise includes accounting, finance, operations and information technology. Over the last several years
he founded and led a very successful IT consulting firm, advising Masterplan as well as a number of Fortune 500 companies and government
agencies.
Malcolm G. Ridgway, Ph.D., C.C.E
Senior Vice President
Product Development and Chief Clinical Technology Officer
The founding father of Masterplan, Malcolm Ridgway has been with Masterplan since 1974. A respected leader in the clinical engineering
industry, Dr. Ridgway is known for his technical expertise, innovative thinking and pioneering leadership. He helped shape the industry,
developing unique service offerings designed to help healthcare facilities reduce operating costs in technology-intensive areas and
achieve overall savings through informed, unbiased decision making. He has served on many industry-wide advisory groups and is currently
a Board Member of the nation's premier association for independent service organizations, the Service Industry Association.
Francis Vonder Haar
Vice President & General Manager, Masterplan Imaging
Francis Vonder Haar has served as Masterplan's Vice President of Service since June 2001. During the past 17 years, Francis has
held multiple management positions within General Electric Medical Systems, which included Service Manager, MR Manufacturing & Quality
Manager and CT Manufacturing Business Team Leader. Francis is a graduate of GE's Manufacturing Management Program, Crotonville's
New Manager Development Course and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Francis received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at the
University of Missouri.
Kathy Helbringer
Vice President and General Manager, Clinical Services
Kathy Helbringer has been with Masterplan since May 2002. Prior to her appointment as Vice President of Operational Processes for
Masterplan in May 2007, she acted as the company's Executive Zone Director. Kathy has over 20 years experience in the healthcare equipment
services industry with 20 of those years serving in direct management capacities. Prior to joining Masterplan Kathy served 18 years as
Chief Operating Officer for a large metropolitan health care system's division for outsourced services where she followed through it's
growth to a multi-state provider.
Anne Granum
Vice President Sales
Anne Granum has been with Masterplan since July 2003 and has served as Masterplan's Vice President of Sales since July 2005. Anne
has more than 20 years experience in management and sales in the healthcare equipment services industry, most recently serving as
the Regional Sales Director for Masterplan. She has also held leadership positions at Inova Technical Dynamics, Incorporated and
Eastern Business Machines in addition to a Project Manager position with Toshiba America Medical Systems.
Nick Shauer
Vice President of Human Resources
Nick Shauer joined Masterplan as Vice President of Human Resources in May 2007. Nick has over twenty years of experience in the
field of human resources. He comes to us from Guitar Center, Inc., where he was Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, he
headed up human resources for an international specialty laboratory where he worked very closely with about the same number of technicians
and engineers at Masterplan. Prior to that, he was the Human Resources partner for Kinko's national sales organization.
Nick has been very successful in strategically developing talent management systems, including recruiting, retention, training and
leadership development programs.
